With recommendations from friends that used Bella Pools and a long meeting with the Bella Pool’s staff, we committed to building our dream pool. The entire process moved forward quickly and with minimal effort. Through the whole process, Bella pools provided us with everything we needed and answered every question/concern that we had.  In the end, we were able to save a lot of extra money, but doing some of the projects our selves, especially in the landscaping department, where Jason gave us recommendations on what to plant as well as what not to plant. When the project was over, we were not only happy about having a new pool, but truly amazed at how well everything turned out. I wanted to personally thank you and Jarrod for the exceptional job you two have done in assisting my construction of our dream pool and spa. Our goal was to create a serene tropical oasis in our downtown home in a limited space. I’m pleased to say we succeeded!

I was astounded at the large sum of money we saved by using Bella Pools. When I say large, I mean LARGE! Other pool companies were quoting me between $65,000 and $105,000 for the same work!  Realistically, I believe I saved around $25,000 - $30,000. That money saved on our pool allowed us to do other upgrades in our home that we otherwise couldn’t afford.

My design incorporated a 109 jet acrylic spa which 3 companies flat out stated that either what I wanted was impossible, or stated they would not help me due to the complexity. I wanted a large grotto with waterfall, custom stone work, Pebble Tec, a secondary small waterfall, salt chlorinator, and remote controls. When I showed you guys my plan I remember Jason saying, “That’s cool, sure, we can do it!  I’ve never seen it, but we can do it”! This enthusiasm and positive mindset was a breath of fresh air while taking on such a large project.

I was amazed at the organization of the online system that pinpointed what was next. I never had a problem with any of the subcontractors. My background is in construction and I have never been able to make that statement about subcontractors.

This was the first time my wife and I built a pool so we asked some of our friends who they used.  We received a lot of positive feedback about Bella Pools and decided to move forward with Bella after much research and discussion with the other local pool companies.  After hearing the horror stories from our other neighbors, who didn’t use Bella Pools, about the gap between projected build time and the actual build time we braced ourselves for the news of hold-ups and delays.  To our surprise there was work being done the day after we received our pool building permits.  Not only was our pool finished in a timely manner we also saved at least 15-20 percent compared to other quotes for a similar pool design and features.

Jason and the staff at Bella were there every step of the way to answer our questions and keep us up to date on the progress of our pool.  My wife and I are extremely pleased with our pool and have told everyone who asks us to consider using Bella Pools for their next Pool project.
